The vcc as not be used on wallmart but it work on Amazon and PayPal. The vcc do not work with fb again.

$8 for generating the avs vcc + 5 actual laoded fee + 16% processing fee 5 * 16/100 = $8 + $5 + $0.8 = $13.8
