I am not a complete novice at building viral Facebook pages, but I am also not the high-powered Facebook expert the OP is. So I bought his e-book last week, hoping that I will learn things that would help me improve my results.
I have been testing the author's suggestions since then and am satisfied with the results so far. There is no question that what the author has shared works and will help anyone, whether a beginner or someone more experienced, build a Facebook page faster than if they were only using their existing knowledge.
I applied the author's system to my existing page (400K+ likes) and to a new one I created specifically for the purpose and saw instant result with both of them. My old page is gaining 150 - 200 extra likes per day, thanks to the new techniques I have incorporated and the new one grew to 70 likes in its first two days.
Be advised that, though the book is thorough, by no means does it tell you all you need to know about building a Facebook page. The author has chosen to leave some basics aside, perhaps because they've been discussed at length elsewhere, but you do need to take them into account anyway.
For example, if you follow his strategy, you will need to use several Facebook accounts. The reason is that, once you start posting on multiple groups several times a day, making many comments on various groups and pages, liking dozens of shares on your page and take other similar actions (all these things are suggestions found in the book), Facebook will very quickly throttle your activity. For example, they will ban you from joining and posting in groups for a day (and then for two weeks, etc.) and take other similar actions against you. If you are implementing OP's strategy for a single page, you will need 2 - 3 separate accounts, at the very least, ideally each one on a different IP address. Needless to say, if you are building more than one page, you will need more accounts.
But this is basic stuff, which takes nothing away from the fact that the book is mandatory reading for everyone who considers building a Facebook page and for more advanced users as well. It will save you a great deal of time learning things the hard way on your own and it will keep you from making costly mistakes.
