Good evening to everybody at BHW, I want to post a review about Uweb Solutions (Steven) I have placed an order on February 8 /2019 for custom development, Wordpress to SMM Panel Connection/integration, after further communication explaining all the details about the project, he agreed to deliver the full project in 15 days, February 23 /2019, at the beginning the communication was perfect , he was always available answering all my request, he even deliver some JPGS in 1 day as a mockup for the design. I was so excited at that point, it seemed very professional and fast, at that point and the mockups were really good.

So after that good start, I gave him more days to focus and work, providing details and feedback about the project. also mentioning other 2 projects I had for him, after this one.

On February 18, 5 days before the deadline he sent me a message, telling me that he is going to send a demo, look below.

Since the deadline was soon and he still needed more time to work, I asked him if meanwhile, I can rent a storefront to enable a few services just to process some orders from customers.

On february 25, worried about the delay and since I had in the past a panel and storefront I had the option to reactivate that account to start selling, so I asked to connect the API from a service provider, I paid the renewal which he agreed to work on it , so he could have more time to finish and I could start selling, which he agreed.

This is where all the problems started, Next day I asked about the panel and he didn't do anything, and also no updates on the main project, still promising a demo, which never delivered since he mentioned on February 18

March 1, 2 and 3rd and no news or update (starting to getting worried)

March 5, 6, more excuses and delays. almost a month since we started, he promised to deliver on Tuesday, March 5 and nothing, he didnt help me with the panel I purchased.

On March 7 he delivers same mockups but plain HTML files, No demo, no WordPress, no SMM, plain HTML linking to #, I also quoted my main request that mentioned WORDPRESS and SMM, not HTML or another platform. Iat this point I was getting frustrated and angry.


2 days after and since I was really angry about this, he delivered a NON-functional WordPress demo with 30% of the features done, but still not integrated with the SMM API. anyways I saw a light at the end of the tunnel and I made a second payment just to incentive him to finish the project fast and taking over 3 more projects on stand by. at this time I already paid almost 65 % of the full project, also demanded to work on my host so there won't be any compatibility issue at the end of the project, he migrated the site.

From now on this message, I cannot post more screenshots but I could provide them if requested.

I reviewed the demo and recorded a video showing all the fixes and changes to be done, so there won't be any delays because of miscommunication.

March 21st and nothing in the video (changes ) was done, meanwhile, I purchased an SSL, purchased some plugins to allow easy customization for him and for me.

March 26 he mentioned that he is going to deliver the project the next day, and he failed to deliver, I also send him some PSD mockup for CSS fixes, and customization, at this point nothing was done.

April 2nd. I requested to stop the development and refund the money, which he mentioned It was about to finish the changes. he always telling me to wait, wait and wait.

April 9, I reached out asking any changes, Nothing, he said again wait...

On April 16th all hell's breaking loose, The demo is infected with Malware and spread to another 3 sites on my host, my other customers were calling me really pissed because their sites were redirecting and blacklisted as malware URL.

April 17th I reached out to Steven demanding answers, and since I need to solve the issues with my other customers, he offered to clean the sites at no extra charge, after all, the infection entered my host using the demo site.

On April 23 sites were still infected I reached out to steven and he tells me he still working cleaning the sites (nothing was being done) and customers were losing money and my damaging my reputation. I gave steven 1 more chance, 1 more day to fix everything, and continue working.

April 24th, No fix, no update, No nothing he missed that deadline, too.

I had to pay 150 usd per site to clean it on 24 hours, for a total of 450 USD from my pocket

After further forensics, the company that cleaned the sites, gave me some insights in the clean up, and confirmed that I had a huge 2 malware infections, and both entered my host and infected the other sites, with a backdoor on a nulled plugin that steven installed on the demo site, when I clearly told him that If needed a plugin I could purchase it legally to avoid any issue.

after that day I have been asking a full refund to steven and he just ignores my messages and calls on, Skype, phone and WhatsApp.

I want my hard earned money back Steven, I gave you a lot of opportunities and you failed.

I’m in the same boat as you I hired him 3 months ago to create a website for me paid him $800 and all I have is a half completed Wordpress site and I have to message him 3/4 times a day all he says is ok and does nothing I’m going post here my same screen shot and story I thought I was the only one getting screwed

For all reading this comment, PLEASE BE AWARE. THIS "designer" IS EXTREMELY SLOW WHEN DELIVERING ORDERS.

HE HAS IGNORED and NOT RESPONDED for 5+ weeks NOW!​


First off, let me explain myself why I put that in BOLD red and warning others. @stevendomz used to be the go-to "designer" for me. (That was, until I found out he was a lazy middleman who does not do the work, but also takes forever to respond). Also, I am usually not the one to write terrible reviews, this is not common for me, but I feel as though ANYONE reading this would appreciate my bold and honest trust about this seller.

While I was placing multiple orders with steven (over $800 worth + 4 jobs), out of no where, steven decides to stop responding to my skype messages. Please keep in mind, one of these jobs was for a family friend of my wifes. (Important to look professional here).

@stevendomz , I suggest instead of taking on more work, you sort out and complete the work from unhappy buyers above, who have already paid you.
