Just thought I'd drop in and say:
Steven asked for an additional $300 today for the revisions I requested (despite there never being a limit on revisions). A lot of the revisions are him just cleaning up sloppy work he's already delivered.
If this is the kind of customer service you are looking for, then Steven is a great choice.
If you want someone to do the job right the first time around, then I'd look elsewhere.
