Never used Bing before. Do the coupons work without adding any payment method? Can the same website URL be added to multiple Bing ad accounts? Meaning, I buy a coupon, use it on Bing. Once balance finishes, I throw away the account. Create new account, buy a new coupon, advertise the same site, and keep going on like this? Is this how people use coupons?

EDIT: I see coupons can't be added without adding the payment method first. Does Bing accept VCCs as payment method?

Depends which vcc, i got experience with it. payoneer, entropay and some other are not accepted
