At least 1 of them was previously flagged as a 'spambot', and I have been rejected from certain forum registrations and blogposts (I had just begun to do a few manual registrations and posting). I also got an FB ad account banned, but that could've been due to other factors other than my IP.

Are you checking these IPs with http://www.dnsbl.info? Are dedicated proxies not good for this kind of work?

Btw, read sales page where you ordered proxies - it is clear for what purpose are what proxies - e.g. for SEO tools and bulk account registation you should use rotating reverse proxies, for facebook - facebook proxies ...
