I'm having trouble reaching storm proxies lately. I sent them $124.95 via PayPal 6 days ago but I'm still waiting for them to apply this to my account. I have sent a ticket on their website, I also emailed them to their paypal address and I also tried a PM to deki33. I get no response from anyone. Does anyone have a better way to reach someone from Storm? I want to avoid a PayPal dispute because I really like the company and their service - I just wish they would respond...
Can someone from Storm please respond to this?

I was charged this morning for my monthly Instagram proxies. The previous month's proxies aren't working anymore, and when I login to my storm proxies dashboard to see my new proxies, there is no record of anything. Where are my proxies? Please respond this is extremely time urgent thank you @deki33

Hi, Can I use username and password to access the proxy instead of ip authorization?
Can I use http://stormproxies.com/private_dedicated_proxy.html for social media activity such as pinterest?
I don't want to use this http://stormproxies.com/pinterest_proxies.html, because I am afraid most of the proxies already have record with pinterest.
