Hi , I have just signed up for dedicated Twitter proxies, doing a reverse lookup i can see you are using datacentres . So does this mean i am on a shared platform (and thus not dedicated) with other users potentially using twitter bots? Also you FAQ advised i can change location from USA to EU but cannot see this option anywhere? I am UK based so want to be as close as possible - thanks

Our Twitter dedicated proxies aren't shared between our users.
As for the 2nd question - it's mentioned for our rotating proxies, not for the dedicated ones.

Setup 5 diff proxies today and already hitting Captcha (not done any action other than login once) - Is this normal? Am i going to be hit constantly?

Are you logging with a browser or some software? Does it behave similarly if you don't use a proxy?

Brand new windows profiles, 1st login with fresh chrome. Left few hours then got captcha message when returning, on all 5 proxies and all 5 accounts. No software - does this mean these proxies are being shared with other twitter users and thus Twitter noticing? i know these are DC proxies now and not resedential...so is this my issue?

Proxies are not shared - these are dedicated proxies - so only you have access to them.
If you use the same setup without proxies - do you get captcha ?
Please try with the same setup but without proxy. You will see that it is regular twtter behaviour and not something to do with proxies.

Please can i request a refund too, had the proxies 3 days and 5 account bans on aged accounts on each proxy - with < 3 follows each per day. I dont think twitter flagged my suspcius behavier as it was so minimal - but rather then proxies must be flagged - for instance one is called "Joes datacenter" im sure twitter is blacklisting your DC's
