Can you please explain to me this :

Important: If you have used VCC to verify paypal before, then I recommend not to use vcc again. I've heard it gets your account limited

Basically the VCCs are at our own risk, this mean our paypal can become limited and not verified. Correct ?

Slaughter&TheDog do you have an error with your paypal account wherein there's a message like this one "Your account access is limited." ? and still you get verified in minutes.

I need a verified ebay and bank verified paypal.. do you have those how much and how do i pay?

hey dude. Every one doesn't have a situation like you. The buyer your talking about was having normal paypal and he just wanted to verify it so he did using my VCC. But your situation is different. your account is already limited by paypal and you want to use VCC. In this matter, VCC will help you only if paypal says that your limitations will be removed after you verify it with CC. If they want anything else from you, VCC cant help you. You need to provide the things they want. I've sent you PM also with details.
You can have a quick chat with me on any IM to clear out things. It better to have a talk before to prevent any further issues.
