Content is not great, as you go through the tiers it gets noticeably worse and worse... We have also had issues indexing. Right now only 60% of the tier 1 links are indexed.

Spam services have their place and can be useful. However if you are new, don't be using this on your money site...

As told you before that content could never be as equal to the handwritten one. For the niche which have large quantity of content available online, ArticleForge seems smart enough to make them a bit readable.

As for using it for moneysite, I have never experienced any adverse effect of these links since I never target "Exact Match Keyword" as anchor text with these links. Even though they are from High DA Web 2.0 Properties, Profiles, Document Sharing sites etc.

No. That was purely a COMMENT Spam. This service has nothing to do with comments on 1st, 2nd or even 3rd Tier. The purpose of relating that service is to prove my point about "Anchor Text" diversification which I am copying from that case study.
