I bought this and here is my review:

Its a total honest opinions and feedback, regardless of whos fault it is:

  1. If you think that the advertised $1+ CPC for chosen keyword is what you will get from adsense then you will be let down. This is apparently what adwords or similar show as the advertisers cost per click. i.e. THEIR bid amount. But what I dont understand is that why $1? There are hundreds of keywords that on Adwords keyword planner show higher than even $40 CPC when not go for these why not choose a $10 CPC keyword surely that would have more chance of higher ROI?
  2. The site was ok but the images given were quite generic and not exactly relevant. My keyword was related to oil stains yet no image showed an oil stain.
  3. My ad CPC average over about a week was about £0.20 which is much lower than what I expected.
  4. So now I am thinking why did I buy this as my own blog which I created from scratch also gets me about £0.15 CPC so not much increase in value.
  5. I found that I was able to use a different header logo image that allowed me to use a bigger horizontal banner ad which will no doubt give more ROI and uses up the space more.
  6. The ads were not placed to begin with, I had to figure this out myself as I was not given instructions or told to add me ad code and where.
  7. The TAT was withint the specified time given.
  8. The articles were relevant and decent length but a few more or longer articles would be much better for ranking
  9. You have to remember that YOU have to do lot more work to get the traffic coming in to have any chance of making money even if pennies
  10. EU Cookie law notice was not added, so I added this myself as this is needed for adsense
  11. 5 articles were provided
  12. The process was simple enough just had to give him wordpress login details
  13. communication was fast and good enough
I am looking now for good low budget SEO for this kind of site any suggestions welcome

I already own a domain which I want to use for a niche (vast sub niches which I haven't researched much but would like you to find keyword/sub niche). Can I specify the niche/keyword and work from there? Also a sample site would be great, thank you.
