I dont think so. Anyway you should not change address, you should take a virtual address in US and get verified.

I bought 4 adsense from him and all are blocked within 1 week.
Could you share how did you get blocked?
Did you login on same computer for all accounts?
Did you add ads code for website that was refused by Adsense ?

For first Adsense I have no Idea why I was blocked, usually all happens when you earn 10$ and they don't start the pin. IT shows only that account is in hold but then you get banned.
Second Adsense I opened in same computer ( maybe this time was my fault but same thing happend like first one, when I earned 10$ )
Third Adsense was in Germany I sold to a guy I had no Idea who he was and after 1 week same as me he got banned.

Yes, i think the account is in hold. And i recommend you should call Google Adsense center. My friend did this way last week and the account unlocked in next week. My problem was i and my friend logged in the account from different countries then Google looked at it and put the account in hold.
My friend told them that i was hired to optimize the ads for her. Then all was fine.
