My last post on this thread you told me not to leave anymore because it was against the BHW terms of service, anyway I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. I made 2 separate purchases for upvotes and didn't receive a single one. Both are still stuck in "processing". I even deleted the reddit post entirely. I sent you a DM here as well as sent a support request on the site and haven't heard anything for days. The order numbers are 6100 and 6098.

Thank you for refunding, all is well there. I noticed that the server is still having some issues and that orders will have delays. Is there an approximate time frame when things will be back running smoothly again? I'm worried to make any upvote purchases before things are all worked out.
