The only reason I am interesting in such a new hosting service is that you are reviewed and approved by BHW admin here.

I am planning to switch 4-5 WordPress based sites from Hostgator shared business plan to a new hosting provider and perhaps the BLACK Friday season is the best time to do so.

I have few queries regarding, though. Please look at it.


1. Most of my visitors are from India, but your data center is probably in the United States, How much will it influence to my website loading speed?
2.How do you compare yourself with similar plans offered by Bluehost, Siteground, etc.?
3. Free domain is just for the first year or will it be free forever till we are hosted with you?
4. I am going to use your service mostly for WordPress based sites. Do you offer any other managed Wordpress hosting plan with Nginx, Varnish caching, etc.can?
5. What kind of hidden limitations are here? The HostGator was limiting max. use of 2,50,000 in-nodes. what about you?
6. How many traffic it can handle? At HostGator, it was easily able to handle 50-60K visits per month and few times I noticed that it could also handle 200-250 concurrent users. What about your service?
7. You refund rules appears to be catchy, not as clean and definite as it usually happens with other well-know sites. Under refund issuance, what if I didn't get good loading speed for my site, can I ask for refund?
8. Do you offer free migration service? If yes, then for how many websites?

Sometimes having 504, but when I stayed on live chat with HostGator for 25 min, then it would start working again. Also, it would take upwards of 8 seconds for my sites to load. Coming from hostgator, this is unbelievable. The company admitting it was their fault?!?!?! I think I'm in love with this company.

Here is the great news also, My sites now load under 2 seconds, all day every day. I have not had any problems at all with them. The only issue that could be better is that the file usage is limited to 100,000 on the business plans like I have, they do offer more, but it costs more. The file usage is kinda across the board with most hosting companies, but with everything else about hastehosting, I would hope they would increase this limit to something that would blow out their competition, like their speed, and customer service, and price, and reliability.

Overall I would rate them a 10 if they were the same price as what I was paying with hostgator, but this is less than half. In my opinion, they have no competition. Haste Hosting sets the bar for hosting companies.

After posting my questions above, I read this review comment from a guy and it appears that probably I found my new love ( regarding hosting :) ), though please still go through all the questions that I have asked above. I also read that your server is in Canada ( not the USA) , any plans to have Data Center in Asia. I myself is a startup guy ( don't confuse with the image) and have tremendous love for the co-members here on BHW,

Just yesterday, I migrated one of my high traffic sites to CLOUDWAYS ( a digital ocean based managed WP hosting) and now ready to shift other 4-5 small WordPress websites from HostGator to a new one.

Tomorrow is BLACK FRIDAY, and I was waiting for this day to buy a hosting service at an incredible price. I left my job a year back and still haven't started earning yet from my millennials based news website ( it's a startup, not money making niche site so that money making will take time). So, money matters me a lot.

Kindly PM me something awesome that you can have as a gift for this Black Friday ( probably a nice coupon code) but only if you think your hosting service can really be a good solution for me.

As for review, no matter whether I get a review copy or not, but if I like your service, I will surely shout-out for you in my startup communities in India and many other global communities which I am part of.

And if everything goes well and you can be ready to set up a super fast high-traffic capable WordPress optimised settings ( ON VPS or whatever you recommend) for me, I may think to move my main news website here too ( which I had migrated to CLOUDWAYS yesterday. Though I was also consdering DREAMPRESS ( highly scalable managed wordpress hosting by Dreamhost) to migrate.

You may give some honest opinion here or PM me.

Hello,
I apologize for the lack of response. Our sales was closed on thanksgiving, generally we answer these inquires last as we answer all our sales on our site. I will answer these in order.

1). This is generally no problem, we have alot of customers from India.
2). We are a fair smaller company, so we are able to focus a large majority of our time with FAST, support. Generally, large companies like the ones you listed dont care about your business. We do.
3). As long you pay yearly, you will get the domain free yearly.
4). Shared hosting and Wordpress Hosting are basically the same, we will manage it the same regardless. Our plans come with Litespeed, MariaDB, SSD drives. We dont oversell our servers therefore you should have very fast response times
5) We dont limit you based on inodes. We limit you based on your disc space. We do monitor inodes as we dont allow file storage as a client. It generally depends on the plan as far as limitations goes
6). This will depend on what plan you get. With that its very hard to say how much traffic can be handled as there is not a "one size fits all". Generally, we have to watch the traffic and base on that is what we look into as far as upgrading/downgrading.
7). Yes, as the rules state as long as your site is not violating TOS we offer a 45 days refund. Plan and Simple. We have never had any complains about good loading times, so I doubt you will ever have this issue :D
8). Yes we do, and we dont have a limit. But if the sites are large, we do ask that you give us at least 72 hours to move them based on how large they are.

Paid for hosting via paypal, however my bill did not get marked as paid :(

I am not sure what is wrong here, but I always from time to time find hostings where bill does not get marked auto as paid and it repeats every month.. which is very uncomfortable, because I have to contact support every month informing them that I paid for service..

EDIT: bill was marked as paid, just not sure if it was auto. I hope so :D
