web hosting package never have any whois protection option, this option is only for domains.
regarding your 2nd question, we do not require your real name or address, we just need one real working email address where we can send you hosting account details and invoice emails and other notifications.
let me know if you have any more questions.

he is just asking for the domain transfer status which is not processed until now and that is due to his old domain registrar is not releasing the domain.
