go to the first post of the sales thread, you can ask for refund only in the first 7 days of the purchase not after 30 days, even if you asked for refund 8 days ago or even if you asked for refund 20 days ago you are not eligible for refund as we offer 7 days refund policy

You promised 99.99% Up Time on your website BUT you failed, thats the reason for Refund, this month your Downtime was 5 Time each time 2 days and your Last Downtime was 6 Days, Overall 14 Days Downtime, thats the reason for refund. You are the Problame, thats the reason for refund, Now you talk about Whos eligible for Refund? You server was down 19 Days During 2 Month, thats the reason for refund.
After 19 Days Downtime During 2 Month then you started Setup Raid 1, Thats SHOW HOW STUPID YOU ARE.
 
The worst Hosting Company EVER!!!! in 2 months i got only 1 month uptime, i didn't seen so bad . I do not recommend!!!

shared server is Online without any downtime since we restore everything, if any of your website is down kindly open a support ticket or mention your website URL here so we can investigate the issue with your websites.

Next: there is no need to post on this thread once you open ticket, because as per BHW rules I can not reply on thread after every 30 minute or it will be considered as spamming.

NOTE: we reply every ticket in 30 minute to 1 hour.
 
At least you could give everyone free month of hosting because of sooo many downtimes there was last month....

Sure kindly send us an email to [email protected] with your hosted domain and we will give you 1 month of free hosting as a compensation for the downtime.

PS: any one else who faced the same downtime in last can get 1 month of free hosting by sending us an email or by opening support ticket.
 
is the hosting allow for php mailer ? if allow , how many limit per hour , or unlimited ?

sorry we do not allow any kind of mailing activity from our servers. hosting of any kind of phpmailer or any other mailing script or software is strictly prohibited on our network.
