Wow didn't sow before that blueangelhost is at BHWI using your hosting for about a two month and... Whats happen a week ago for shared host? All websites was down for about an hour
there was a DDOS attack which was blocked successfully everything is fine now.

hey, OP I have question about shared hosting business plan, how much is the cpu and ram for this plan?
Because I have a weird problem in my hosting provider now, i will show you a picture about it.
In that moment, 2 of my team are embedding movies in the WP dashboard, No visitors in the website.
for your information we dont host image or any videos.
Our content are just embed in the website,.
I need real information about this matter, they recommend me to upgrade my plan for business which is 24$ each month.
But in my side I wont do that because of the reasons of:
we keep having issue regarding with lag also buffering when searching the website,.
And I also keep getting errors when trying to access cpanel.
I will transfer to your hosting once I can confirm that you are not the same with this hosting.

I assume you have WordPress based website, I suggest you to optimize your website, remove all the useless plugins specially if you have install any Cache plugin disable it immediately.
You don't need to upgrade your hosting if there is no traffic on your site.
regarding your other question
Business plan comes with 1 CPU core and 1GB Premanent Ram and 1GB virtual ram and this is more then enough for medium traffic site specially for movie sites with embed codes.
regarding your last question.
In case your website generate high CPU load we always investigate which plugin or code or script is causing high cpu load and inform our clients and guide them how to fix it and how to optimize their sites.
we only ask for upgrades if their website traffic is very high and is unable to handle by shared hosting.
