This hosting is not good, i do not recommend it,

Few days ago they had a small problem and lost all data from few disks , including the one that I had hosted my website. I told them to use a recovery specialist and they banned my account telling me that they already destroyed the hdd.

I would not recommend to anyone this host, why would you destroy the HDD if you did not try to recover with some specialists in recovery ?

Plus why would you ban me ?! Just because i told you to pay some professionals!?


I am sure you can find better hosting with better support for same price or better here on BHW , hastehosting will dissapoint you

The reason why you were removed from our live chat is we spent a majority of today explaining the issue that we were unable to recover the data. Our TOS explains this pretty clearly that the backups we perform are a courtsey and we are NOT responsible for data loss

"Using our backup service is at your own risk. The backup service is provided to you as a sole courtesy. Hastehosting is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Hastehosting servers. We provide multiple ways for you to obtain these backups."

We are very very sorry and we know that these words do not bring back your data. However, if your data was so important you should have provided multiple methods of backup yourself. This is not a hosting responsibility to ensure your data is 100% safe.

Hi there,
Please give tryhastehow. As far as being a noob with wordpress. Id recommend getting familiar with wordpress and how it works and secondly finding a good theme to work with. We do also sell weebly drag n click websites if you want to go with that instead.

i meant can i install wordpress when i do shared hosting on your servers? but im a beginner on everything

Don't underestimate this service from that 1 bad review up
shit happens some times. and this wasn't even entirely the sellers fault, as they have stated in their TOS.

however, i contacted the seller about this. and he told me how they have fixed the issue.
The first thing i love about the seller is the amount of professionalism. as you may see by their activity they are active and are quick to reply.

They seem to have sound knowledge about the subject and they really do care about their customer. Which is an excellent sign, especially for a beginner like me
I chose the business package and i was set up with it in a matter of minutes.
the seller was again very friendly and was open to any questions i asked.

the user interface was great. They also have easy to read manuals and gain, a great support.
i created a quick site with some content. used wordpress.
site works great.

over all, i would rate this service a 9/10 for it's excellence in support and their professional manner.

great job!! will be sure to come again
