It's two days after the report and since you said the print screens are from the last posts on the drip feed, it's more than enough time.

However, the site was only gone for 10 hours in the SERP. I checked through multiple proxies during that time and 3 out 4 proxies reported it gone. But it's back in SERP.

Yes, it's normal to get a Google dance like this once you start sending some new PBN links, we would recommend to wait at least 2 weeks after report delivery for the real results to be shown.
