Ordered a website with OP’s service (the $150 one) and it has been delivered this week. Time for my honest review, I thought. Here it goes.
After ordering the service I got a mail to tell me they would find me a good expired domain. They came up with a 7 year old domain with PA 28 and DA 14. I checked manually and everything looked good, except one backlink site I thought might be spammy. Although the spam score of the domain was 0, I mentioned my concern to OP and he suggested to find me a new expired domain if I wasn’t sure about this one. So I would say, excellent communication and support from OP here.
They came up with a new domain, which I found to be superior to the first one. It has DA 20 and PA 34. I agreed to take this domain to build the website on. 10 days after agreeing on the domain I got an e-mail that the site was ready.
In attachment I found a file with the keyword research. They came up with a main keyword (strongly related to the domain name we agreed) with 1600 monthly searches and CPC of $1.6. On top of that I was provided with 25 long-tail keywords with decent to excellent CPC. The only minus I felt was that the spreadsheet didn’t give any info on the competition for the keywords. After doing some quick kw research myself I found that the keyword has a difficulty score of 16/100. That shouldn’t be that hard to rank, I think. In summary, I am very pleased with the main keyword they came up with and also with the long-tails provided.
The e-mail also contained another spreadsheet with the 50 web 2.0 ‘s that have been created with links to the site. All web 2.0’s are made on different platforms and contain mostly but one article. I checked out 10 of them and each link was present and working. Besides 50 web 2.0’s there is also proof of 50 social bookmarks. Checked
The website itself is nice and has a modern magazine look and feel. It is a website in the style of the two examples provided in this thread on the first page. The site contains 25 articles, each one SEO optimized for one of the keywords. All articles are on topic and of pretty decent quality. After reading them all, I only had to make few corrections every now and then to get the grammar of the sentences right. However, I consider this not as an issue, because my main concern is to have good on-topic and well-researched articles. I think the articles are good for the long-tail keywords, but for my main article, I think I will change it with a better and longer article of the highest quality. The deal however in this service is 25x500 words and that is exactly what was provided by OP. Every article has nice and matching featured image.

I asked for a logo, because the site didn’t have one and got it in two days. I also asked to correct a small spelling mistake in the browser tab I couldn’t figure out how to do and it was done immediatly. And finally I asked OP a lot of questions (really, a WHOLE LOT) about which backlinking strategy I should use. I must say that OP’s communication has been excellent throughout. I got a fast (within 24h) answer to all questions I have asked. Thanks to OP it is now clear to me what to do to get most of this website.
That’s about it. I think this service gives good service for the price that is asked for it. I hope to earn some money with it. In a month or three I will update in this thread if I have been able to make money with it. I am really curious…
