I bought Google Voice accouts through skype,
after I bought and opened the accounts,

All of them are disabled accounts or heavily used many times already.

I dispute on Paypal and waiting for him to refund me.
fucking waste of time and energy.

I'm really sorry for some google voice accounts were disabled, because google voice is too strict at this moment. I refunded you already.

I find out solution to avoid this situation in the future. Now google voice accounts work well like before. If you need , I will give you some accounts for test. I'm a serious seller. I will never lose my reputation just for a little money.
