Hi. I just signed up and was wondering if your Japanese twitter follows have not just the profile pic but a header photo as well. I tested other services and the lack of a header photo is a bit of a dealbreaker as I'm reselling in Japan. If the followers don't have a header photo, is it possible in some way to make that happen? I'd definitely be a long term customer if that can be arranged! Thanks in advance!

I was under the impression that YT views started fairly quickly. Order #35648 has been sitting as "pending" for a while now, and support ticket #857 isn't answered yet.

I always expect support to take up to 24 hours, but where are the views, how quickly do they typically start (is this the norm?), and can you answer the support ticket before I place more orders?
