Hey, i had placed some orders few days back. sent a mail and raised a ticket but no revert.

Order ID 1961 - shows delivered but no followers received as yet
Order ID 1811 - Requested refund as it has not been processed in a week
Order ID 1795 - Requested refund as it has not been processed in a week

Please let me know as I have more orders to place but want to clear the pending.
