Outbound means, the data that is going away from the server. In short, anyone download the data from the server is Outbound traffic. Where is Inbound means, anything the data is that is coming inside the server, for example, the server downloaded CentOS ISO from another server.

Any data going out, you get up to 10TB bandwidth transfer while, unmetered on the data coming into your network.

No, we do not allow Warez or anything illegal on our Network as we are a US based hosting company.
