Extremely dissatisfied with this supplier! The support has been horrendous. I have been trying to get in touch with these people over Skype for about two weeks now. Their ticket system is very slow and responses typically take 1-2 days for vague answers with no real solutions, if they decide to respond at all.
I was really hoping to have a better experience with this supplier and to be able to do a lot of business with them, but that's looking less and less likely everyday. I always do my due diligence and run test orders before making these services available to my clients. But so far I've had issues with a number of the services I have tested.
Some of the services report wildly inaccurate start counts, which is a huge problem if that information is being relayed to clients via the api. I placed a test order for Vimeo collections and only about 70% of the order was filled. Over the next few days about 20% of the collections that were added ended up dropping. I opened a ticket, explained what happened, and waited 2 days for this response:
"i never know that vimeo collection also drop?"
That was 4 days ago and I still have not received any further support, refund, or explanation. I guess you get what you pay for.
Bottom line, if you're looking for a reliable supplier I'd continue looking elsewhere.
