I clearly proved to them that their proxies do not work for my project.
I asked for a refund, within their 3-day-money-back-guarantee period,
as shown in the support ticket at

They have neither refunded the purchase price, nor even replied.
Their 3-day-money-back-guarantee is apparently a lie.

Yup the reviews are true I wanted to give their proxies a try because I saw that there was a 3 day refund policies. But when I asked for the refund(the day after I bought my plan). They took 20+ hours for the first response. And now I'm pretty sure they aren't going to refund since it's 4 days after the purchase now and they don't seem to show any interest of refunding my purchase

Yeah, good luck with getting a Refund.
HighProxies ignores your request, so you will need to file a dispute with Paypal.
I did that, and after a while, Paypal appropriately issued the refund.
All is well, now, but HighProxies remains less-than-honest.
