Hey there, THUNDERELVI and thank you! For the on-site portion of the report, I include the average page authority (PA) and domain authority (DA) of what I see in the SERPs for the exact keyword (I try to aim for keywords that have sites with DA's and PA's under 25 appearing for the exact keyword). I also include their keyword density in the report to give you an idea of whether or not the keywords were being intentionally targeted.

While PA/DA is a good indication, for such low-competition keywords I always look if the basic on-site factors (Title/URL/Header) contain the exact match keyword, especially the title. For such keywords, most of the times, authority sites are ranking for them "accidentally" based on their authority and if you do perfect on-site SEO, you can outrank them.

Oh yeah, I know what you mean about outranking those authority websites using just on-page SEO (I use a similar tactic for my own sites as stated in my on-page SEO guide here), but don't worry, you're not derailing my sales thread and screenshots of the SERPs are included in the report for each of the primary keywords as mentioned in the "About Velocity Keywords" section.

Although the monthly search for the primary keyword is 750, the LSI has more than 1300+ and the total is over 5k. With this, it is easy to build an adsense site and start earning withing a few weeks (If you know your thing well). Or in a few months.

The keywords has ZERO competition! Am definitely building one on this one.

Yes, I can do keyword research in any niche, although I will refuse to do keyword research for people or websites that engage in certain illicit activities (e.g., selling Meth to minors). For my Adsense packages, I would be unable to complete a report if the niche has anything to do with the following prohibited content on the Adsense network:

• Adult content
• Content that advocates against an individual, group, or organization
• Copyrighted material
• Drug, alcohol, and tobacco-related content
• Hacking and cracking content
• Sites that offer compensation programs ("pay-to" sites)
• Sites that use Google Brand features
• Violent content
• Weapon-related content
• Other illegal content

Review:
Even though I am not JR.Vip, OP agreed to provide me with 1 primary + 1 LSI keyword review copy. First of all, he over-delivered, because he actually threw in 1 more keyword to the list. Second of all, he did a pretty good job. I gave him a tough niche (health) and he quickly found 2 keywords which are worth pursuing. Their stats are:

Primary keyword #1 - 880 US exact MS, $3.8 CPC.
Primary keyword #2 (bonus keyword) - 1k US exact MS, $1.65 CPC.
LSI keyword - 1.9k US exact MS, $2.59 CPC.

What is more important is that there are products available on CB for monetization for all keywords. This was actually a request of mine, because I like to monetize such keywords with CB (solving people's problems) rather than Adsense. Last, but not least, regarding SEO competition, it's going to be relatively easy to rank the keywords. I won't go into more details, because I would have to write up a full 1k+ article analyzing the competition thoroughly, but the search results are made of wikihow article, YT video, news sites, PMD domain, WebMD, etc... and none of them target the EXACT keyword in their titles. They are ranked only because of their authority, which is great. So, to recap:

Communication - 10/10
TAT - 11/10 (seriously it was pretty quick, within couple hours of answering his questions, I got the package in my email).
Quality - 9/10
