You can try this service if you want but it is all low-quality articles and website design. Tons of grammatical errors all through out the articles they are almost unreadable. Communication is terrible takes days to hear from them and work is very slow. plug ins used had malware and led my site to another spam filled site I also think they changed the email and password of my site so i can not log into it. At the end i asked for a refund

As far as i can check although there can be delays in reply bc of weekend or bc of time required for checking the issue, there are many cases where submission team replied within hours , eg email sent to us on October 11, 2018 5:36 AM was answered 12:10 PM and many similar cases.
I confirm that we faced different problems with this order which never happened before, eg resource limit error on loading site, plugin slimstat causing problems where that plugin was not installed by our team, etc..
With any customer we try our best to walk an extra mile to deliver what we promise but in that case we understand your frustration(though in many cases not because of something on our end) and agreed on refund
