I have all 3 sites I ordered and they look great but I have yet to receive any PDF file with instructions on amazon set up. I have never set up an amazon affiliate or any other affiliate for that matter before. I have sent 4 requests for this in the past 2 weeks, but have not received it yet. Is there anyway you can help expedite this? It has been a few weeks since I got receipt on the first site and I was hoping to already have this set up with amazon. I am sorry for posting this here but I don't know what else to do to get what I ordered.
