forget public proxies I make some tests for hours almost half of em are deadAlso, try to contact support, but no reply

For VPS it depends on your budget, on proxies you don't need them since the bot already scrape for public one but if you decide on using private one there's a lot of sellers in the market I can recommend you one if you want.

unzip it(or extract)
open the Trafficbot folder
open trafficbot.exe
sign in with your user and password the you're ready to run it
