That's surprising as I've always had great luck with them answering quickly. A lot of times they watch the thread for any problems, and do an update on the software within a day or two.

The support is dead.... They dont answer for any ticket....

Yeah, I need exactly the same thing.
I asked for this a month ago or so, you can find my request in the thread.
I would not count on it happening.

The software works perfectly fine. It's how you use software that determines the results. If this was dead, everyone who owned would be on her complaining. The owner doesn't reply a lot on this thread I've noticed, but when there's an issue, it gets fixed with an update.

Yes, the software is working, but because of the bad coding, the Google recognize that this is a bot! And because of this, the Google penalize the site! If you run this software 24/7 on your site, i'm sure that this software will kill your site in the Google!

That's why you hire a freelancer to make you a bot like this, it won't get picked up fast enough by google. I'm glade I didn't just click on the "buy now" button, otherwise I would be feeling your disappointment

Don't listen to him, i contacted the bot creator via helpdesk in his members area and he didn't responded to me.. it has been over 6 WEEKS and there is still lot of bugs, which i mentioned and there has not been any update for 7 weeks now..
And why is not everyone complaining? Because not many people will argue here because of 20$.. that is Why

I was right from the off, its appalling badly designed and as a bonus gets you deindexed.
