You can run 2 modules at the same time only if you create 2 different folders in your pc and run 2 instances of the bot
You can have several links for each module, it will choose one link at random from the links box

Does this tool perform keyboard and mouse actions clicks as well ?

It don't have a direct command for that, but you can simulate it via javascript since the bot can run any javascript code

Don't ask others time alone.. it depends on various factors. You set referrers, long time, inner url clicks etc.. You should send 10000 visits at least daily to see some improvements. and also, if you site is new then it will take a month to see the results even if your site gets organic traffic. alexa updates weekly/monthly for new sites

I didn't get it, how both of you could send 10000 or 30k traffic without made your computer run so slowly or even lack, according to avoid your website bounce rate go very high you must set the max time on properly second browsing.

Also many ads are made via javascript or Iframe making it harder to click, one of the best ways to click is using javascript commands
