Hi dariusdarius, since it's taking long for your reply on your "live chat" I'd ask it here, the vps you guys have are they managed already for that price, for non techie guy like me though if it isn't managed would that be a problem for me like updating or installing softwares, looking at your linux vps, I just need to upload websites, I don't have any software I need to run on a windows vps for 24/7 at this time.

Hi guys, those that have Sharpe Hosting, how long does it take before they answer your questions, and does their "live chat" ever goes live? keeps showing Christian is there to help or answer questions, but 1 hour after waiting on the "live chat" and I got zero answer, not even hi, hello, please hold... something like that.

Are you guys still happy and satisfied with their service including support?

Was looking online between managed and unmanaged VPS, is there really a lot of learning curve if it's unmanaged, are their VPS managed or unmanaged, tring to look at their site but couldn't find it, I might have missed it but will take another look

The script we used for live chat (Zopim) was recently been aquired by ZenDesk and since then we keep having problems. If that happens again, please open a ticket or send us an email for a faster response.

Our Linux VPS are not managed for a simple reason. Our price plans are very low and that won't be possible. We can help you with simple tasks like installing cPanel or so. We'd be more than happy to help, but keep in mind that is not managed.
