This company www.shape.host is fantastic, not only are there servers blistering fast and
ever think works as promised, There attitude to business is fantastic, getting grate advise and help
when something go wrong is a plus in my eyes.


I want to say, to all there staff, thank you for working with me ,and not against me, like other company's.

If anybody is thinking of a proper business to get you going this is the one and there not many
that can even match www.shape.host .

Love doing business, with a real business.

Newbie hosting question: If I want to run FollowLiker, do I want the Cloud Desktop, SSD VPS or the HDD VPS? Not sure the difference between the 3.

Also, my current Windows VPS has 2 core and 2GB RAM and I'm paying around £25.00 which I think is a bit steep, so trying to see if shape host offers a much better deal for a faster CPU and more RAM.
 
Been using Shapehost since 1st of November 2016 and the only issue, I've faced till now is with regards to the uptime. My website was down for 19 hours in total in the last month according to Pingdom. I've raised a support request in the client portal and I'm awaiting a response.

Response received: Some of our customers abused our Web Hosting services this is why your service was down.

Also, I can only create 5 email accounts in the basic plan although they advertise it as unlimited. The response I received for this query is No, you have to upgrade your account.

I understand that webhosting business needs to tackle issues from time to time but I'm just put off by their attitude and false advertising.

Now that has seriously put me off. 99.99% minimum it should be.

SSD VPS should be the best option for you.

I am sorry this happened to you. On the next couple of weeks we'll stop to sell shared web hosting plans. That is right, when there are more users on a shared hosting server we can't do much when you have downtime. Some people simply spam our shared hosting plans and until we detect who creates the problem, it takes some minutes.

As I said, in a few weeks we'll only share dedicated plans so this won't happen again. On all our other plans (Linux VPS, Windows VPS, Cloud, HDD and so on) this doesn't happen.
