We did add Google.fr, and a couple other Google's in the last few days. Should be in the list now when setting up a new campaign. 4:1 is more than fair for a free account, if you need more searches you can buy a paid account.

I still see open tabs in the morning from searches made for clients. This can be a serious security issue. I see the keywords and the URLs for the other clients while looking something like that. I don't want other customers to see my URL and keywords.

Can confirm that I see this too.

What do you mean "open tabs" ? Tabs? Or dialog windows from exit intent javascripts and downloads? We are totally unaware of any "tabs" issue but we are aware of the dialog windows when clients use "auto browse" and have links to PDF files or other downloadable files on their website(s). This is unavoidable - there is no way around it except for the client who has downloadable file formats on their site to use "Specific Secondary URLs" instead of the "Auto Browse" feature. We are actively looking for ways to suppress download dialogs. One idea we have is to block pdf and other file extensions from being browsed via the auto browse function. But exit intent javascripts/jQuery are nearly impossible to prevent, although, we may implement a manual review of all new URLs so we can filter out sites using scripts to try and prevent people from leaving their site(s).

Hello, my website is 2 weeks old. would you recommend this service at this point in time or should I wait for my website to mature more. I want to take as many precautions as possible. Thanks

I see IE tabs with client websites loaded on them - this is especially terrible when the landing site does have auto-loading of a video and audio on them, dialogs for PDF files, also tabs with Google searches when you can't reach the client site. Can you fix this, because I don't feel comfortable seeing this? If I can see the such client sites from my side, I don't feel comfortable if others are seeing mine. Also Google is forcing me to enter captchas when I search for something when the software floods too much searches at ones. Also I think the UI is very confusing, bounce rates are high and the volume is much lower than advertised. Do you plan on fixing these things?

Hi,
It looks like your bot has a bug and cheats on us.
I left it running for two hours and have not earned anything. But, when I go to Google to perform a manual search, I get this:
"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot."
This makes me think that searches were being performed in the background.
I also get plenty IE error pages oppened and no G searches sent to my site.

The above bugs aside, yes, you should definitely manually review sites, mate. There are certainly some scripts and sites that I may not want my computer loading, especially without me being aware of it.

Cheers,
Red

It only works with sites that have URLs in the top 20 pages (200 search results) of Google (soon also Yahoo and Bing)

Are you only seeing the client sites via the download dialogs? I.e. when it tries to download a PDF file or something and opens a box confirming if you want to download it or not? We are releasing a minor update soon which prevents auto browse from navigating to any file extensions which will entirely eliminate this problem. As for the "tabs" that are being opened, please send a screen shot via a support ticket at http://support.serpify.me and we will troubleshoot this. We run the client on many machines for testing 24/7/365 and we have not seen this issue, though a few users have reported it recently. You may have seen some errors over the last 48 hours due to the downtime (announced via email). Bounce rates are largely dependant on external factors that are out of our control. If there are a lot of outgoing links on your site, Serpify can possibly leave your site (if auto-browse is configured). But one thing is for certain, Serpify spends a MINIMUM of 2 minutes on your site (4 for pro). There is no reason our traffic should show up as a bounce rate except in rare instances where an IP rotates in the middle of a visit (possible if/when using a supplemental residential IP), or it navigates off-site from a link on your page. We are implementing a check to prevent against this by v2.2 as well.

Serpify doesn't "cheat on you" whatever that means... This was due to the downtime (announced via email newsletter), client was unable to get new IPs and bot was not able to communicate with our API. Please send screenshot of specific IE error pages that you are seeing to http://support.serpify.me so we can troubleshoot this further.

We're working on adding a manual review for v2.2. This will help cut back on exit intent javascripts. But we already block many intrusive scripts and as far as download dialogs go, nothing can be forcefully downloaded without the owners consent.

I would love a review copy. This service has great potential!

We just released 2.0.1!

We've addressed the following points:

1) Added workaround to prevent Serpify from crashing after memory accumulates. It will now log you out and reboot the app after it has used 50% of the system resources.
2) No more file download prompts, we've blocked multiple file extensions from being browsed.
3) Added support for BING and many additional international Google search engines.

What we're currently working on:

* Tabs opened (investigating this issue now, it appears to only happen in rare instances on certain version of Windows. Will get to the bottom of it ASAP.)
* Finish testing and add support for Yahoo search engine
* Finish testing and add support for YouTube search engine
* Performance optimization
* New campaign targeting HitLeap users.

Hello myinternetempire,

I have a question for you in regards to the 'searches per day'. For example. in the 'Rookie' package I am allowed 5 keywords and 40 searches a day. Is that 40 searches randomly divided by the 5 keywords or is it 40 searches for each of the 5 keywords?

Thanks!

It would be 40 searches divided by the 5 keywords. Keep in mind each active client can only perform 8-10 searches per hour. It takes up to 5 minutes just to find the URL in Google's results, and then up to another 5 minutes per visit.

I upgraded to 2.0.1, and the application keeps crashing. Didn't experience it with the the previous version.

When is it crashing? Is it right when you login? If so, please create a support ticket with your system specs and operating system/service pack. We will try to get to the bottom of it for you. You can wait a minute or two for it to initially unfreeze and then it will be good from there on out. We have had a couple people report this issue and we are looking into it.

No it's crashing about an hour or so after running. I'll create a ticket anyways.

We may need to adjust / fine tune the new threshold. We responded to the support ticket, will do our best to optimize this new setting.
