One of my friend is facing some issue with his web hosting service.

Actually bluehost suspended his account and told him that they did it because of malware waring.
The sites hosted on his account runs wordpress.
I did a quick google search and found out that lots of bluehost members have faced similar suspensions in the past.

Now if he decides to move his hosting to hostwinds, what kind of support he can expect?
Is there a way to scan the files for malware?
Do your tech team helps in migrating the site from bluehost to hostwinds?
