I am sorry, but I have to disagree with you!
My service for sure as any other service can't make all its customers happy and thats absolutely normal, but in your case I think you had some big expectations, not appropriate for service like mine
My service operates pretty well since about 2 years already and I am constantly improving it, doing my best as possible. Yes, it doesn't provide 90-100% solve rates like human based services, but for an automated OCR based service it does great job. Just like PC based captcha solving programs like CB and CS.. if you enable saving of unsolved captchas you will see tons of unsolved captchas, but we use those programs for what they are able to solve, otherwise we need to pay tons of money at the "pay-per-captcha" services.
As about the speed.. Yes, it is absolutely normal when you put captcha solving service into your tool things to slow down a bit. When using service it takes time your tool to connect to our server, send the image, process it and get response back.. that for sure takes more time than sending image to CB/CS hosted on same PC where your tool is. Thats valid for any solving service, not just mine. In addition by default our service puts delay of few random seconds on each Recaptcha solving in order to protect your proxies from raising security levels of Recaptcha and provide you better solving rate... In the end of the day the number and quality of the built links is important, not the speed
