Tried loading fund twice, after payment it redirect me to login page. Nothing happened and luckily there's no deduction on Paypal, else I would require support as it'll be an issue.

Please try paying using Stripe instead, the card issuer is denying the payment through Paypal but in most cases it will work through stripe. Alternatively if you load funds in to your paypal balance instead it should work as well.
