Hi

The traffic orders are being processed and the the one that failed and which you ordered completed this time. Sometimes some orders do fail however and we don't always have a reason, often it is due to client side issue, but sometimes it is server side. In those cases you can try reordering and if it still fails there isn't anything we can do in those cases unfortunately.

What do you mean "RON" traffic? The traffic cannot be controlled at all. The speed depends on the volume ordered.
