We dont recommend the traffic for conversion purposes due to conversion being low with the traffic being so cold.

That's not correct. The traffic comes from popunders and domain redirects - someone that opened a full screen popunder of your site by interacting on a different site will count as a visitor as they now have a full view window of your site open. However because these people didn't intend to open your site they're considered cold. Some of them will interact, but the percentages are much, much lower than for warn traffic for example from PPC visitors.


The traffic isn't really just for seo, people often buy it for ad arbitrage (buying cheap traffic and selling ads, banners etc at a higher price), for the purposes of increasing domain and ad valuation in case of a site sale and other reasons as well.

It depends what you need from your traffic - the traffic has value if you have a purpose for it that can generate a positive ROI. some people do turn a profit with CPA/adsense, but it'snot a likely scenario since the traffic is cold. Popunder traffic is real but cold, so like with any form of traffic if you have a plan to make a positive ROI for it it will work.
