Hi Unfortunately we cant at this time. We need to be able to review every landing url per order as per our publisher terms. Our system will detect any php redirects created after an order has been approved as well, causing a pause with the campaign. Natasha

I looked through 34 pages in this thread - did not find link for $2 per 1000 visitor, still $10 for 5,000.
Do you mind submitting it here, so other's may find it as well? If it's not so, you may probably want to change description not to confuse
