Hey,
We always make sure that paid customers get the amount ordered ? we normally over deliver all orders. To put it simply, I guarantee that you will get all visitors. It can happen that Goo.gl or bit.ly shows less visitors than was ordered (this is because they generally undercount by 20%) - In this case just shoot me an email and I?ll make sure to deliver the remaining visitors. In the end you won?t get less visitors than you checked out for.
