this totally has misleading advertisement.. it says this will drive sales.. the promise A LOT OF TRAFFIC.. I purchased the $28 package to get 1500 daily facebook and 1500 daily google visitors. Which they did deliver. BUT, from such a huge amount of visitors there wasn't A SINGLE SALE. This traffic is basically useless. I get 100 visitors a day from another source and that usually yields sales.. Here it's 3000 visitors a day and not a single one.. and most visits I checked have a high bounce rate and view the site for only a few seconds. My product is not even very specific, it's something that a lot of people are normally interested in. I think this is probably robot traffic. I wasn't happy with the service and they wouldn't refund me. Please enlighten me if I'm wrong.

I don't think you understood the real goal behind this kind of traffic. It isn't people that will be interested in buying your products that they send through your site but organic traffic to boost your general G Ranking, making you go up in SERP, which will lead to getting more potential customers/sales in the future. You bought this service with the wrong goal in mind, their product seem (from other reviews) and from what I personally understood as well as and intend to do with it, fit perfectly its description.

Make sure you are buying the right product for the right intention next time, that's all there is to say as far as I can see. No refund is needed in my opinion as they full-filled their task and gave you the traffic you bought, they are not responsible for your sales bounce, but if you do get more sales in the future due to this visitor bounce rate boosting you on SERP, then you should thank them and drop a positive review!
