Well we better discuss it somewhere, because your not gonna like this conversation going to shit list, thats where Bans happen and threads get removed. And I don't think you want that....Nor do I want to throw somebody else's livelihood under the bus....hence why I have given you ample opportunity to correct things otherwise u leave me no choice but to go to the shit list with this.

Please help, I need a refund of $200. They focus on getting the job done rather getting the quality through. I am ignored by the OPs via contact. If I do not get my refund, I want this threat gone before anyone else suffers a loss.

You need to send me a ticket at support.qqtube.com ........ This is not the place for requesting refunds, we have an entire system for this via our support system.

I have been trying to find a "resolution" in the half dozen or so messages I communicated with Clint on the ticket system about this matter. I tried to resolve things peaceably with him there....and got nothing but run around when I requested a refund on Sept 2nd.

I sent the payment on June 30th and I have only been able to use $13 of it despite entering over 100 videos to try and use the balance. All the while I was in communication with Clint and kept hearing empt promises about the system being fixed, or being nearly fixed, or being patched yet no changes happened entering videos....still mass deletions. So The balance on my acct I cannot use despite trying for 2 months to use it in your system. Hence why I requested a refund. Just send a direct payment for the balance. Just because there's no "refund button" there for you to click doesn't stop you guys from making things right. I have issued refunds after 60 days to clients....direct payment like everyone else does and its done.

how does this guy get a refund and i don't. i have been asking to refund my balance to Paypal account but he keeps saying its been 2 months and nothing can be done i can take a pic of qqtube account i can show the last 20+ orders are refunded dude to bad views i demand a direct payment back to my paypal account as its no longer profitable to use your views. i had asked clint intially to refund 30$ and he said it was not possible. i have 52$ in my account which seems usless now

If you deposit funds, you need to request your remaining funds be refunded WITHIN 60 days of your initial purchase. I WILL NOT be refunding anyone directly after this post date. PayPal does not offer refunds after 60 days, so I will not be going around their terms and sending direct payments and heres why:
- The person can then still dispute the original transaction if a credit card was used, then I have a dispute and sent money.
- I was charged a fee for accepting the money, you are charged a fee for accepting the money. We both lose out on this.
- My accountant would kill me if this happened often, given that there's money going out thats been charged a fee for sending/receiving. Not to mention the fact that we accepted the money and then we are sending money back as a refund instead of is being the initial refund.

So, new terms are, if you do NOT request a refund of funds that were deposited within the first 60 days, we will not send you funds directly, the funds must then be used through our website. If you can't accept these terms, don't purchase.

IM GETTING SO TIRED OF QQTUBE

apart from the fact that over the course of a few months I've had every fucking video removed, and in the time the video was still live I had to contact support each and every time becasue the order was not delivering - whereafter the video was deleted. I gave them so many chances, but everytime I got my refund nicely. After a few months I was sick of it and asked to get my 55 dollars deposited back into my paypal, THEN THEY ASKED ME FOR EACH AND EVERY LINK AND ORDER ID OF EVERY BANNED VIDEO (and subs, likes, favs,etc).

Well guess what, I already had to do this a few months long all the time to get my refund, so why can I not get my money deposited? But the bad customer representitive didnt listen to this, so I was like fkk it and Ill use them some time later. Now I tried for my websites to do Facebook likes/shares and other kinds of social signals, and I see this message:

What is you already have a channel that is doing well a little bit.
If you buy so many views, will you also earn on it with the adds?
