hi. I've tried your software and proxy multiple. can you pls explain the difference between both softwares? i am looking to scrap proxies for use in Backlink monitor and keyword rank tracker (google passed proxies) ? I can't seem to tell the difference sorry n00b here... is there any difference in your proxy source or .... thank you!

I am not going to speak bad about any other software but I just did a test with PM and left it at the default settings except told it to check for Google passed proxies (35 threads) and pressed start and left it to run for 15minutes. At the end of the test it had 15 google passed proxies.

I then loaded up No Hands Proxies with the stock settings, set it to check for Google and then set the threads to 35. I was going to leave it running for 15 minutes as well so it would be a fair test but at 11 minutes I decided to see how many it had found, I was looking at 156 Google proxies after just 11 minutes. I didn't bother leaving it to run for the full 15 minutes as it was already very clear which was the best.

Since I released No Hands Proxies in January I have updated the proxy source list and many other aspects of it on a regular basis so it is always using the most up to date methods and proxy sources to get the best proxies. Again I do not want to talk bad about other software but there is a reason that I made No Hands Proxies and it was after receiving multiple pleas from users that could not find a good source of Google enabled proxies to work with my backlinking tool.

Since releasing No Hands Proxies I have had an almost constant stream of very high praise for the quality, speed and usability of the software, this is plainly visible from all of the reviews posted in this thread here. If you are on the fence take a look at the testimonials in here.

ive set it to check against "Google Search" and "Google Accounts". but when i load up the passed website ips i get the temporary redirected error (unable to perform google search due to too many queries).

Is there any settings ive missed? Ive not had any luck scraping google passed proxies to check for indexing or rank tracking..

For searching you do not want to check the option to check for google accounts. Registering accounts is very different to just searching Google so you are wasting checking time on doing a check for whether they can be used for signing up to accounts and also lots of proxies will be deemed unusable because some will pass one check and not the other so will be disregarded. So first you will want to uncheck anything other than Google Search.

When choosing to use a proxy you should find one that has a green tick in the "Passed Website" column as these are the ones that have passed the google checks.

Just an update to say that since I last posted in here (just 5 days ago) I have released a whole host of different updates adding new features and improving a lot of other aspects of No Hands Proxies.

For anyone using it I am sure you have noticed an update that earlier in the week resulted in 100+ Google passed proxies pretty much constantly, I have even seen it jump up to 600. Good luck to anyone trying to find that many Google passed proxies with any other proxy harvester.

I will be releasing another bunch of videos in the next few days to show how to use certain features so if anyone has any ideas for features they want adding or any features they would like explaining in a video I would be happy to help out.

Im using this software to find public proxies I can use for scrapebox to scrape sites for GSA. Im going to run 3 tests to see if this software is worth keeping.

First test today I scraped 3000 public proxies and imported them into scrapebox with a bunch of footprints. Ill leave it scraping for 2 days.

At the moment im scraping 8 URLs/s.

Ill post my results in a few days.

I would advise you to stop the test right away. If you are going to be using the proxies for scraping you will need to be using the proxy testing controls in the Settings=>Proxy Testing Settings tab to get it to check that the proxies can be used for Google or whatever search engine you will be scraping from otherwise you will get a very small amount of pages returned (as can be seen in the early part of your test).

All you need to do is check the box next to Google Search, for example if you are going to be searching in Google, and then save the settings before running and all of the proxies will be tested for their usability against your desired search engine and only ones that pass this test will be output.

You will never find 3k proxies that can be used for scraping as there are not that many usable proxies (for searching) out in the wild and as such the majority of those proxies will be no good for searching. This is why you are seeing just 8 URLs. Setup the Proxy Testing Settings and you will see far better results.

For posting it only matters that the proxies work. For searching in Google they only need to pass the Google check, to search in Yahoo they only need to pass Yahoo check, they only need to pass both Google and Yahoo if you intend to use the proxies for searching in both Google and Yahoo.

Working proxies will always be in the 1000 to 5000 range but google passed proxies will generally be 100 to 500, my test VPS running No Hands SEO for backlinks is currently using 270 Google passed proxies from No Hands Proxies

I test all my proxies for Google search only...

I found that if they pass Google then they also pass Yahoo...

Good stuff, personally I find it is hit and miss whether they work in Yahoo when working in Google and vice versa, but its interesting you get good success in Yahoo with Google passed proxies.

Iv been trying this software out for a few days now and its just doesnt work for me.

All i want to do it scrape Google with scrapebox.

Heres what I have done:

1. Used No Hands to find Google passed proxies (410)
2. Imported those proxies into scrapebox to find Google passed proxies again and the number drops to 100
3. Scrape Google inside of SB, with 10 connections and a 40s timeout Im getting 2 - 4 URLs/s.

Your softwares just not working for me - how do I get a refund?

Just test the proxies more regularly or use the more recently checked proxies. If the site you are wanting to use them on blocks proxies or IPs then you may want to add the site in as a check and have No Hands Proxies check that the proxies are usable on that site, it is very easily done by filling in the very short form in the Settings=>Proxy Testing Settings tab and then enable that site and save settings.

If you have a bunch of proxies already searched for you may want to restart the app after adding the site to test against so that all of the proxies are checked against this site as otherwise it will take until they are re-checked for them to be tested against that site.
