one question: it comes with a default set of websites to scan and search for proxies. I am pretty sure if many people start using this software, the proxies will die out quickly.
I saw that we can add our own list of websites of proxies.
But is there an option to scrape these websites using our own footprints?

You can add to the built in list of sources or replace it entirely if you want. The list of sources are only used for the initial scrape of proxies and from then on it is searching for new sources for you automatically based on the proxies in the list. It will only use the built in sources when all other avenues of harvesting proxies have been totally exhausted. 99% of the time it will be searching based on the proxies in your list rather than using the list, this is one of the many great features of No Hands Proxies and will help to keep your list of proxies relatively unique from the other users.

I actually had to just take a screen of my test VPS when helping out a customer to show that NHP can be getting hundreds of Google passed proxies and this is the screenshot I just sent him. Now bare in mind that the morning (GMT time) is always the slowest for me for proxies and this is in the low end of what I would expect I don't think it was too bad

That is 335 Google passed proxies being fed automatically into No Hands SEO. Not too shabby and should allow you to run with many searching threads to get loads of links a minute.

Also it is pertinent to note that not all users will be using it to get Google passed proxies. No Hands Proxies is the only tool that is capable of checking against any website so a lot of users have shown an interest in checking that the proxies work on specific websites so there is a big range of types of users of No Hands Proxies rather than just scrapers.

I hope that helps. If I have just rambled and not answered your question just let me know, I have a habit of rambling at times.

P.S I forgot to mention that this is with timeouts set to 5s rather than the standard 15s. This means fewer proxies will be classed as working but the ones it does find will generally be much faster. With a 15s timeout I would expect far more proxies than those seen in these examples.

Hey guys, I'm currently uploading a massive update that is bringing down system resource usage, increasing speed of testing as well as improving stability.

I don't sell proxies, this sales thread is for a proxy checker software called No Hands Proxies that allows you to find all the proxies you need, you can set your desired regions and it will filter out those that aren't of that region leaving just ones from the phillipines.

I can't say how many will be found to be working from that region but the functionality is there and requires you to just check a couple of checkboxes.

Using the built in proxy checker in any tool such as GSA or No Hands SEO is all well and good but they use the same sources that all other users are relying upon so the proxies are far less likely to be usable, especially for searching in Google. No Hands Proxies has a constantly checked list of sources and will also search the search engines for new sources as it runs to ensure that you are getting proxies from different sources to other users, this is how NHP manages to get a much higher percentage of proxies that can be used for searching compared to other tools.

Another huge benefit of having a tool specifically for finding proxies is that you don't have to spend any posting time dedicated to finding and checking proxies. In No Hands SEO (and I am assuming in GSA) when finding proxies you are not able to be posting as the threads that would be used for posting are now being used for finding and checking proxies, as this can take anywhere from 10-60 minutes you are losing out on a lot of posting time. Another downside to using the built in proxy checkers is that you can only check for proxies every X minutes whereas No Hands Proxies can be finding and checking proxies constantly meaning that the list of proxies is always fresh and up to date which can not be said for the sporadic harvesting and checking done by built in tools.

That is not to say the built in proxy checkers are useless, just that (even before I released my own proxy checking tool) I have always advised users to use a tool specifically made for finding proxies rather than rely on the built in proxy harvesters as usable proxies are just not as plentiful from these built in harvesters and they use up a huge amount of posting time to find proxies.

Another thing to note is that if you use multiple instances of a posting software or different submission software you can use the same proxy list found from No Hands Proxies to feed all of them rather than have each tool finding their own list of proxies, that is another reason it is far more efficient to use a specifically made proxy checking tool.

2)Region filtering is not working for me. I have been trying to exclude chine bu they always pop up in the proxy list.
edit: actually region filtering seems working the opposite way and yeah i checked i am using the blacklist. it mostly tries to get from china. i turned off the region filtering for now

If the proxies are listed as working for websites then they have been used and found to be working for your chosen websites. If they are not working when you test them then it is likely just the instability of public proxies. You can improve the likelihood of them working by lowering the retest time.

I looked into the region blacklisting and found that it was bugged so I fixed it and have just uploaded the new update (second for today) v1.7.4 now which should be available for all. If you update to the latest version your region blacklisting should be working fine.

I have it running 24/7 on a VPS and started testing on my dev machine when I saw your post, I'm not seeing any noticeable changes at all as far as speed of checking or how many working proxies it is finding.

I am seeing slightly more Google passed proxies than usual but for a similar number of working proxies. One thing I did notice recently was that setting the threads too high will cause the existing threads to slow down and could end up in more timeouts which would result in more fails and slower checking times so you could try backing off on the number of threads you are using, it may not be this but it is worth noting.

i was using it on 50 threads and working OK,then on 100 threads was a bit slower.going to use it on 25-30 threads instead

I have just released another update (27 updates in about 6 weeks) to improve things even further. For anyone interested in the vastness of the amount of updates that have been released so far you can check out the update log on the website.

Don't forget to update to make sure you are using the latest version with all of the latest feature additions, improvements and bug fixes. To update all you need to do is click the update button on your toolbar within No Hands Proxies, if you do not see it it will become visible within 15minutes or by simply restarting the app.

I have some fairly large updates planned for the next week or two so watch this space for more update information and to see how the best proxy checker software is getting even better.
