is it still working? I have a client with ecommerce site with 800k pages he wants them all indexed by the end of the week

1. Is there still an offer for 50% off coupon?
2. Would this help pages on Mass Page sites get indexed quickly? By quickly I mean over 30 days. Currently I can use 1 Hour Backlinks and Social gigs to get indexed rather fast. (30 days for 40K pages.) However, my current solution is eating in to my profits as it is a per domain basis and I have lots of domains that I am constantly building..
