There are several reasons why you may be experiencing low indexing rates. I've already answered your ticket regarding this.

Sorry you didn't get the results you expected, and there are many reasons why this happened. We monitor the service all the time and nothing has changed. Most of our customers experience high indexing rates just as we promised on our sales page.

Well as you said you are interested in hearing, Its Express Indexer that I ran split tests of your service against, the data of the indexing rates would suggest they have their own system or at least add something of their own that makes a big difference if they are involved in your white label system as they have higher index rates in my testing.
