ONE HOUR INDEXING IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

At the beginning of this thread it specifies the kind of links their so called guaranteed indexing service is supposed to work with.

"It works with blog comments, forum profiles, guest books and every other link type you can think of." ***BULLS***!!!***

I submitted links of exactly that type starting 5/10/2015 and, so far, out of about 1000 links submitted I can only find 2 which have been indexed. 2, out of 1000, from a service that uses the words 'Guaranteed Indexing' at the beginning of this thread.

I contacted them 4 times raising a service request for support asking why my URL's were not being indexed and have never received a reply. On the fourth service request I told them I would comment about my experience of their service on BHW if I didn't get a reply.

All I wanted them to do was explain why they weren't being indexed so I could avoid creating the type of links described above because they could be a waste of time. I'd also paid a few dollars for some of the links I submitted so I wanted to know what would work to avoid wasting money.

The complete absence of any response from them and the virtually non-existent results means the only conclusion I can make is their indexing method does not work and is a waste of time and money. I read all the reviews and case study comparisons and did my research before parting with some money for getting my links indexed so I feel justified in criticising One Hour Indexing.

0/10 for the link indexing service
1/10 for customer support - which is appalling for a service I paid for and I gave them 4 chances to get back to me.

Hey Coldsore - Sorry you had a bad experience. The good thing is we use GrooveHQ for support so it logs all emails sent in. (And we've been around for 5 years now with staffed support desk, so we take it seriously)

What email address did you send from so I can yell at the appropriate person for not answering you? (Or is this just a new troll account?)

As you can see from an explanation earlier in the thread, there are always reasons for things not getting indexed. It can be as simple as a link being built on a deindexed site to the site having the page marked as 'noindex' to not checking indexing correctly (one sent in yesterday).

No, it's not a troll account. I can't PM you with my email address because I don't have 15 posts yet. The ID of the first batch I submitted is 3634976. That should identify me.

The explanations don't account account for every single URL I submitted and it certainly doesn't explain why your service failed so catastrophically for me when the beginning of this thread states 'Guaranteed Indexing' 'look no further' 'we'll boost your ranking' etc. That should be directly followed by, "Providing the links aren't: Reason why they can't be indexed 1, 2, 3 and so on".

Even if half the URL's were deindexed or had some other malady preventing them from being indexed then a 50% success rate would have been acceptable. I still would have been annoyed that you didn't respond to my service requests which were raised via the 'contact us' tab on your site but, with a 50% success rate, you wouldn't have heard a peep out of me.

I'm sorry but I don't believe for one second the explanations account for practically every single URL I submitted so I'm standing by my original post. I won't ever be using your service again and I will discourage any one else from doing so as well.

Hey bud... So we have two issues here - my support desk and your indexing rate - so let me address both...

1. Support Desk

Please check out this quick video I recorded for you regarding the support desk:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8ElR_q97gw

After looking at the logs of our response time and that we have no unanswered/open tickets, I bet you probably have us confused with another vendor. I see you have at least 4 or 5 replies to our questions, typically made on the same day, so I think we're doing good here.

2. Indexing
We were able to look up your links and see that for that particular batch you loaded in 123 links. I'll have Chris take a handful of those and troubleshoot indexing and send the breakdown via email later today.

Profiles are the hardest to index by far because Google knows the game, and I see that almost 100% of these links are profiles. As we know, the lower the quality of links, the lower the indexing rate. And when they index, you should boost them up to keep them indexed.

When he digs in he'll be able to give specific examples of what's going on.

And thanks for keeping me on my toes. :)
