Yes, we accept non-English keywords as long as they are in Latin letters.
Links are non-contextual and placed on various spots on site like sidebar, footer, between content paragraphs, below header, etc. All sites are high authoritative established sites, not improvised wordpress blogs on expired domains (like PBNs). Also, we have free slots on sites in health niche so placing at least part of links on niche relevant sites shouldn't be a problem. PM sent.
We promote sites in travel niche already quite succesfully. If other elemets like on-page SEO are taken care of, our links should be effective, just as with any other niche.

Sorry to hear about the penalty, but I assure you you didn't get it because of our links.
Our links are pretty safe (as safe as they can be, considering ther are still paid links). We don't use spamming techniques in any way and place them strictly on clean, established, high authority sites. You can check latest reviews on our thread, there is plenty of them and all of them are positive.
On the other side I can see on your backlinking profile some pretty low quality "private" blog network links pointing to your site, built just before you started using our service, which is most likely the the reason of a penalty.
PBN links are pretty easy to track lately and we don't recommend using them. Why? Most of them are built on obviously spammy, "built-for-SEO-purposes-only" Wordpress blogs on expired domains with recent whois change and more or less whole site changed, including URL structure, content, layout, etc. Some of PBN sites you have links from didin't even care to change default Wordpress subtitle on their headers ("Just another Wordpress site"). Additionally, I see you left visible, unnaturally looking link building peaks at the beginning of December 2014 (before you started using our services). Link peaks are huge footprints which make identifying sites with unnatural link patterns a really easy job for Google.
I hope you will resolve your situation soon. If you need help with creating disavow list for Google, we can help with that.
If you decide to use our service again in the future, I recommend not mixing our links with other links, especially not PBN links.

On average we use roughly 25-35% of exact anchors, but we determine this ratio after each site analysis. If you want, you can specify the percentage in the Additional Instructions text box on the Checkout page.

Generally we accept all niches lately. However, for adult/gambling/pharma niches I recommend contacting us before ordering with URL and keywords so we can check blacklists. In most cases, everything is okay and we can verify your domain shortly.
Generally, we don't place links on pages with TF lower than 15. This is minimum, but we use higher TF pages as much as possible. On average I would say it's around 25-35. Also, PM sent.
